Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management
15 years full time education
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management (Must Have skill)
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions
Experience in developing business cases and project plans to support transformation initiatives
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with change management principles to support the implementation of new solutions

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions
Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models
Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders
Develop and maintain documentation that outlines business processes, requirements, and solutions
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze existing processes, and propose innovative solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals
