Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
Expert proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis
Experience in developing business cases and project proposals
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions
Experience with stakeholder management and communication strategies
(Good to have) Experience with financial analysis and risk management frameworks

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions
Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models
Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions
Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment
