Requirements

Minimum 12 year(s) of experience (10–12 years specifically in D365 SCM solution delivery)
15 years full time education
Must have skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
Ability to convert business requirements into clearly defined functional and AI-enabled solutions
Experience writing FDDs and guiding technical teams on integrations and data flows
Strong consulting and storytelling ability to simplify complex concepts for business teams
Ability to challenge traditional thinking and propose transformational processes
Quick learner able to learn new tools and AI capabilities with minimal direction
Operate independently with high accountability and ownership
Strong presentation and communication skills for high client interaction

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client workshops, process deep dives, and requirement gathering sessions across SCM processes
Act as the primary solution contact for the customer throughout the engagement
Translate business challenges into multiple solution alternatives and present pros/cons to stakeholders
Define end-to-end solution architecture including process flows, integrations, and data design
Identify automation and AI opportunities
Build intelligent workflows
Prepare and own solution documents: BRD / FDD / Fit-Gap Analysis / Process Maps
Review functional configurations and ensure alignment to blueprint
Ensure solution performance, usability, and scalability
Build functional demo assets and reusable accelerators for pre-sales and delivery
Evaluate Microsoft release waves related to SCM and AI and apply relevant new features to ongoing engagements
Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions
Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models
Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives
