Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience in a strategically analytical role, including partnership with product and development teams, and demonstrate the ability to be a 'player-coach' capable of taking broad business questions, wrangling data, isolating insights, visualizing results, and communicating actionable recommendations. Strong storytelling skills are required, along with the ability to create compelling presentations that convey solutions to complex problems.
The Business Analytics Manager will partner with key stakeholders across various teams to align on goals, quantify impact, and identify new value for members, as well as build and refine health-specific KPIs, uncover insights about member segments, create repeatable analytics tools and processes, generate a strategic analytic roadmap, and collaborate with a team to provide thought leadership and improve retention.
