Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role such as Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Manager (SaaS experience a major plus)
  • Proven experience leading customer onboarding and driving feature adoption
  • Strong background in gap analysis, requirements definition, and managing post-implementation enhancements
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical, organized, and endlessly curious mindset
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel

Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through onboarding, helping them unlock off-the-shelf capabilities
  • Analyze customer workflows and processes to tailor EviSmart setup
  • Deliver hands-on training, tips, and best practices to clients
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for custom development
  • Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to develop custom enhancements
  • Manage post-onboarding projects to ensure alignment with client goals
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients through updates, check-ins, and problem-solving
  • Travel to customer sites to map processes, validate requirements, and build relationships
  • Join pre-sales discussions as solutions expert and collaborate with sales on scalable solutions
  • Represent the client’s voice within EviSmart to ensure enhancements deliver value
