Requirements

Candidates should possess 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a growth or product-focused environment, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. They must have a creative approach to problem-solving, demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights, and effectively communicate them to stakeholders, along with strong technical and analytical skills, including SQL proficiency, and proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst II will develop an understanding of key growth metrics by analyzing data across various dimensions, collaborating directly with the Growth Product team to analyze member behavior and derive actionable insights, designing and analyzing experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to assess the efficacy of growth initiatives, ensuring seamless data integration, generating proactive insights to unlock new growth opportunities, and building intuitive dashboards and reports to track key engagement metrics, providing the Growth Product team with real-time insights to inform decision-making.
