Requirements

  • De formation supérieure bac+5, type école de commerce ou ingénieur (spécialisation finance/contrôle de gestion)
  • Justifie de 7 ans minimum dans le contrôle de gestion avec idéalement 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
  • Excellent sens de la communication, en véritable business partner, capable de challenger les équipes et être force de proposition
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et oral nécessaire
  • Forte appétence pour les outils décisionnels (Data visualisation)

Responsibilities

  • Accompagner les contrôleurs de gestion régionaux dans la bonne application et les déploiements de la stratégie commerciale au sein des régions
  • Assurer le suivi, la consolidation et l’analyse de la performance commerciale (Volumes, Chiffre d’affaires, Marges, P&L régionaux) des 6 régions qui composent Sysco France
  • Accompagner le Contrôle de Gestion et la Direction Commerciale dans le pilotage de la performance et la communication financière (revues de performance, budgets, forecasts)
  • Développer et maintenir des outils décisionnels (reportings, dashboards de data visualisation) afin de soutenir la stratégie commerciale et la prise de décision
  • Contribuer à l’industrialisation et à l’optimisation des processus data pour fiabiliser et automatiser le suivi de la performance
  • Garantir la fiabilité des données et leur cohérence en lien avec les équipes IT et métiers
