  • Strong workshop and facilitation skills
  • Experience using agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to create functional requirements and user stories
  • Understanding of agile software development (Scrum and Kanban)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects in analyzing, designing, developing and supporting business processes
  • Prepare solution and technology materials/documentation including high-level designs, system flows, solution options papers, and roadmaps
  • Synthesize cross-functional business requirements from different sets of stakeholders and develop effective business and technology solutions
  • Prepare for and facilitate stakeholder discussions and leadership meetings
  • Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and IT platform teams
  • Design business processes and identify technology solutions to support the process
  • Understand and maintain focus on project scope, value, and vision, advocate for business value across discussions and escalate potential risks/issues to leadership
  • Follow agile methodology and provide feedback on features to technical teams, focusing on the business value they will provide
  • Support the creation of strategic research and Accenture points of view tailored to client business challenges and needs
