Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and tools (preferred)
  • Technical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and define business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops
  • Create detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and specifications
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure project alignment
  • Assist in the design of solutions by providing insights from business analysis
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of requirements
  • Monitor project progress and support implementation efforts
  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and assist in training and documentation efforts
