Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis, with a total of at least 5 years of experience required. Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Data Analysis & Interpretation, and Scrum is mandatory. A strong understanding of project management methodologies, experience in process mapping and modeling, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Hands-on experience with SQL, Jira, and Confluence is required, along with strong analytic skills and knowledge of the IT software development lifecycle. Experience in API testing and writing feature files in Cucumber format is necessary. Familiarity with process diagram design tools like Draw.IO or Visio is expected. A 15-year full-time education is required. Financial/banking industry knowledge is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze organizations and design processes and systems, assessing business models and their integration with technology. Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business decisions. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams. Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, create detailed business requirements documentation, and conduct gap analysis for process improvement. Facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
