1+ years experience in analytics, business process design, or consulting
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
Ability to work on large databases and synthesize data into reports and dashboards

Responsibilities
Provide analytical support for management to gain insight and drive business planning based on data and statistical methods
Assess and detail key steps: problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution recommendations
Actively drive project status reporting, issue identification, and risk management
Work synergistically with cross-functional teams – establish relationships, prioritize tasks, and achieve objectives. Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations
Develop periodical performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and metrics
Drive project achievements from concept through project closure
