Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bac+5 degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification, along with at least 3 years of experience in software development or IT governance. They should be proficient in various Agile methodologies, demonstrate curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to offer suggestions, and have fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will gather requirements from business teams, create functional specifications in the form of user stories, express needs and populate the backlog (analyzing needs, assessing impacts/risks, and refining them into detailed user stories), perform functional testing (defining tests, recording tests, and executing tests), analyze production incidents and provide support to users, manage projects by synchronizing project stages with various users and stakeholders, track budgets, risks, and milestones, establish and synthesize various steering committees, and participate in Agile ceremonies and daily meetings.
