Understand Comcast's Operating Principles and apply them to job performance
Ability to assist with creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services
Knowledge of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
Skills in generating new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Strong customer service orientation with excellent follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting, persuading, and negotiating
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion

Responsibilities
Assist with creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations promoting bundled products to exceed departmental, financial, and unit targets
Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively
Generate new leads with targeted small-to-medium businesses through prospecting activities
Develop and cultivate sales territory, including local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
Retain customer base by delivering superior customer experience per Comcast Credo, building relationships, and ensuring operational efficiencies meet expectations
Prepare sales and activity reports as required
Participate in out-of-office meetings with customers regularly
Own the customer experience, providing seamless digital options and promoting products/services
Participate in the Net Promoter System through huddles, call backs, and feedback elevation
Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting inclusion, doing what's right for stakeholders, and driving growth
