Responsibilities

  • Assist with creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations promoting bundled products to exceed departmental, financial, and unit targets
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively
  • Generate new leads with targeted small-to-medium businesses through prospecting activities
  • Develop and cultivate sales territory, including local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
  • Retain customer base by delivering superior customer experience per Comcast Credo, building relationships, and ensuring operational efficiencies meet expectations
  • Prepare sales and activity reports as required
  • Participate in out-of-office meetings with customers regularly
  • Own the customer experience, providing seamless digital options and promoting products/services
  • Participate in the Net Promoter System through huddles, call backs, and feedback elevation
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting inclusion, doing what's right for stakeholders, and driving growth
