Responsibilities
Assist with the creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services
Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions and exceed departmental, financial, and unit targets
Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively
Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Develop sales territory by cultivating local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring superior customer experience, and building relationships to drive retention
Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet or exceed customer expectations
Prepare sales and activity reports as required
Own the customer experience by putting customers first and providing seamless digital options
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
