Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in business architecture, ERP transformation, or enterprise consulting
Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance (mandatory)
Deep expertise in Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in large-scale, complex projects
Experience in the oil & gas industry or large capital expenditure ERP projects highly desirable
Strong communication, facilitation, and executive advisory skills

Responsibilities

Lead detailed current state assessments and identify high-impact business opportunities aligned with client goals
Define and design comprehensive business solutions and architectures to realize strategic objectives
Develop, present, and defend business cases to secure funding and executive buy-in
Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA Finance, guiding solution architecture and implementation decisions
Apply advanced knowledge in Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business strategies with technology solutions and ensure seamless integration
Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive decision-making across diverse teams
Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying improvement areas and recommending transformational changes
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and enhancing the team’s business architecture capabilities
Engage with multiple teams to contribute to critical project decisions and solve complex cross-team challenges
