Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction via phone, email, and Zoom video calls
  • Build phone systems (set up call routing, call forwarding, provision devices, and integrate phones to practice management software systems)
  • Host virtual training sessions with vet practices on phone systems and practice management software integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including patiently guiding customers through phone reboots and factory resets
  • Resolve or escalate customer requests/issues promptly
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate trends on common system issues and communicate these to the company
