Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the Medicare industry
  • Active Health Insurance license within the stated region (or the ability and willingness to obtain within 90 days)
  • Prior experience with public speaking and presentations
  • Prior experience using CRM tools, Sales/Marketing Resources, Microsoft Office with proficiency in TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits (part of Humana's Driver safety program)
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to the region (Oklahoma)
  • Willing to travel up to 45% within the region

Responsibilities

  • Manage all available resources to help achieve sales growth, improve results and operational goals within the assigned market
  • Coordinate on a national level
  • Maintain and support all external field sales resources within the market (individual Agents, Agencies, and Partners)
  • Develop external market engagement and sales strategy in coordination with the Director, local markets, tele-sales executives and account executives, including all sales support
  • Work closely with other BRMs to support national and regional Partners to ensure a consistent Agent experience in all markets
