Candidates must possess broker support experience, preferably in the Loan and Mortgage industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. It is preferred to have a Cert IV in Financial Services or Mortgage Broking, although this is not essential. Familiarity with CRM systems and similar CRM experience is also desirable.
The Broker Admin Officer will be responsible for client-facing calls to chase information and paperwork, collecting and organizing loan applications, submitting accurate supporting documents, liaising with lenders to facilitate assessments, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and proactively addressing documentation needs. They will also verify documentation for accuracy, conduct basic income calculations, assist with loan sign-ups, and support borrower appraisals, while managing client data within CRM systems and navigating the loan portal 'Apply Online'.
