Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Safety, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 3-5 years of experience in brand protection, food safety, or guest experience management. Strong knowledge of brand standards, guest experience principles, and food safety regulations is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
The Brand Protection Advisor will conduct on-site visits at client locations to assess brand standards, guest experience, and food safety practices, utilizing consulting, coaching, and training methods. They will develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to client leadership. The role also involves partnering with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges, utilizing technology like tablets and CRM systems, and supporting the growth initiatives of the company and its clients.
