Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, ideally within the foodservice or consumer packaged goods industry. Strong understanding of sales strategies, account management, and market analysis is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets for Non-Commercial Foodservice Management customers, including Eurest, Levy, Chartwells K12 and Higher Education, Morrison, and groups within HealthTrust. This includes establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, developing tailored business development plans, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, driving brand and category growth, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve financial results and organizational objectives. You will also be tasked with conducting business analyses, leading business planning events, and collaborating with field sales management to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
