Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred
  • 8+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B2C or industrial sectors
  • Proven experience managing strong consumer brands in Latin America
  • Experience in integrated marketing, digital strategy, and brand management
  • Familiarity with global/regional brand alignment processes
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (CRM, digital analytics, automation)
  • Up to 25% regional travel

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand positioning and value proposition development for LTH, Heliar, MAC, and other regional brands
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints and audiences
  • Monitor brand health and perception, and implement strategies to strengthen equity
  • Ensure brand protection and compliance by working closely with the Legal department on trademark usage, brand guidelines, and intellectual property matters
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, trade, and traditional channels
  • Align messaging across B2B, B2C, and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product features into compelling customer benefits
  • Develop strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of products and services
  • Support commercial teams with marketing tools and campaigns tailored to customer segments
  • Lead internal communication efforts to build brand and product understanding across the organization
  • Build and execute demand generation strategies to support D2C business models
  • Leverage digital marketing, CRM, and performance analytics to drive traffic and conversions
  • Optimize marketing funnels and campaign performance for ROI
  • Act as the regional marketing liaison with Global Marketing and Corporate Communication to ensure alignment between local brand strategies and the Clarios corporate brand
  • Contribute to global brand initiatives and ensure regional execution reflects global standards
