Responsibilities

  • Drive, monitor, and control digital & consumer-related programs and activities to safeguard and optimize Abbott’s brand reputation, voice, perception, and image
  • Drive brand awareness campaigns and activations for the brand overall, specific programs, and existing/new product launches targeted at consumers in GULF & Pakistan to meet short- and long-term business objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing/communications campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional peers in PR, marketing, and digital for timely execution aligned with business objectives
  • Review and monitor all ad-promo material to ensure effective and accurate brand representation visually and in messaging, collaborating with regulatory for policy alignment
  • Direct and manage execution of brand-related projects and campaigns, setting clear KPIs for each
  • Set and drive internal and external communication programs to create awareness and drive engagement with the brand and products across online/offline channels
  • Craft and create content and promotional materials/templates (e.g., brochures, flyers, invitations, agendas, giveaways, e-newsletters, whitepapers, customer testimonials, videos) for online and offline channels
  • Collaborate closely with functional team members to align on new materials, objectives, channels, target audiences, and amplification targets
  • Ensure effective brand representation on online/digital channels (e.g., websites, LinkedIn, partners’ websites)
  • Manage media plans for promotional campaigns across online and offline publications and channels
  • Set clear metrics and KPIs for promotional/advertisement campaigns
  • Perform monitoring and analytics on campaigns, events, advertising, and content marketing activities (e.g., customer engagement, conversions)
