Proven experience in analytics consultancy or market research leadership roles is essential, along with expertise in Brand & Media Solutions. Strong analytical, sales acumen, and project management skills are required, as is demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing people, and developing talent. The ability to collaborate effectively, maintain positive client relationships in complex situations, and communicate clearly, including client presentations, is also necessary. Knowledge of sales processes in CPG companies and familiarity with NielsenIQ products and data are preferred.
The Brand Health / Brand Tracking - Customer Success Leader will be responsible for customer success within the Brand & Media Strategic Analytics & Insight Practice Area across Western Europe. Key duties include ensuring excellent delivery standards, driving operational efficiency, and supporting sales through upselling and cross-selling to enable timely revenue recognition and profitable execution. This role involves supporting the regional customer success lead in designing the practice area organization, managing the P&L, and coordinating cross-training programs. The leader will set and measure delivery standards to drive client satisfaction, contribute to regional revenue targets by supporting repeat sales and timely deliverables, and represent Customer Success in key client meetings. Responsibilities also include collaborating with global teams to develop best delivery practices, targeting reductions in cycle time, fostering high employee engagement and retention, and providing input into product and toolkit roadmaps. Core KPIs include increasing team engagement and retention, driving repeat sales and renewals, ensuring optimized delivery schedules for revenue targets, maintaining or increasing client NPS, and supporting regional EBITDA goals through profitability monitoring and budget optimization.
