  • Define clear experience principles for how Zefir should feel at every stage
  • Spot friction points and transform them into meaningful brand moments
  • Design multi-sensory brand touchpoints
  • Extend the visual identity across web, social, product UI, print, motion, and events
  • Explore sound branding opportunities to enrich our sensory universe
  • Define photography direction and imagery standards across channels and product
  • Identify key moments that deserve emotional elevation
  • Design thoughtful touchpoints that reinforce trust, clarity, and celebration
  • Bring consistency and humanity to the life-change journey
  • Elevate our media presence
  • Design visual systems and formats for our editorial ecosystem (Notre Maison, ClassRoom, Podcast, News)
  • Support video, motion, and social content with high-impact branded assets
  • Collaborate across teams (Partner with Product, Growth, and Ops to ensure a seamless brand experience across digital and physical interactions)
  • Coordinate with external creatives (motion, 3D, photography, sonic) when needed
  • Systemize & scale (Maintain and evolve a cohesive multi-touchpoint brand system)
  • Document frameworks, templates, and design principles for scalability
  • Experiment rapidly using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, GPT agents)
