Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience in building effective equity-building strategies from scratch in the DTC space for US-based consumers, experience leading cross-functional Brand Development projects or a related role in an innovative/growing industry, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand measurement programmes to prove the impact of Brand initiatives. They should also have experience working on projects beyond Marketing and upper funnel Brand projects, specifically Growth, Product, and Content, along with a proven track record of diversifying growth through Brand Development within a Performance Marketing driven organisation.

Responsibilities

The Brand Development Lead will lead the development of our Audience Strategy & Playbook, working with Research, Creative, Product Design, and UX teams to build a CoE on behaviour change within the wellness category. They will collaborate with teams across Marketing and Product to build a Brand Equity measurement model and testing framework, researching, testing, and implementing the Brand Positioning and Identity across Product and Marketing teams. The Lead will also co-ordinate monthly audience and culture research, design and manage Brand operating tools and processes, and lead a CoE and network of internal ambassadors for Brand Equity, contributing to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation.
