Candidates must possess 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, demonstrating a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, exceptional ability to shape and evolve a brand’s voice across platforms, a strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and impact, the capacity to develop ideas that effectively answer briefs, and a mastery of simplifying complex problems into clear, concise solutions. They should be hands-on and humble as a leader, comfortable managing multiple projects under tight timelines, collaborative and resourceful, familiar with Crypto.com’s products and the competitive landscape, and possess a deep understanding of crypto culture, its language, and its audience across social and digital touchpoints. Furthermore, they must stay abreast of creative and design trends and AI-assisted creative tools, championing their integration into the team’s creative process.

Responsibilities

The Brand Creative Lead will shape creative excellence across disciplines by setting the creative bar, leading and collaborating with cross-functional partners and creative peers, turning briefs into effective creative across formats and channels, driving the development of campaign creatives from concept to production, ensuring all output aligns with brand standards and business objectives, and making and mentoring team members by providing clear feedback, direction, and creating space for growth. This role also involves balancing brand and speed, fostering a culture of creative excellence, speed, and open collaboration, and navigating fast-moving timelines and shifting priorities while delivering outcomes.
