Candidates should possess a BS/BA in marketing, communications, or business, with at least 10 years of experience in marketing brands and products, preferably in the tech industry. Significant experience planning and launching successful brand advertising campaigns is required, along with in-depth analytical skills for developing measurement plans including brand health tracking, audience sizing, and creative testing. A proven track record of building brand identities and guidelines in partnership with creative and comms teams, strong prioritization skills for high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels are essential. Experience with brand measurement, brand architecture, and managing agency partners is also expected.
The Brand Activation Lead will develop strategic plans to drive top-of-funnel brand metrics and core business KPIs. They will provide vision and oversee the execution of brand measurement plans, brand campaign advertising, and brand architecture. This role involves serving as a key consultant and stakeholder for brand social, events, and media, and working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Customer Service, and Communications teams. Responsibilities include developing overarching brand messaging and creative content, managing commercial shoots and multi-channel creative assets, creating a robust brand measurement structure, and sharing key brand insights. The lead will also partner on expanding brand architecture, manage brand reputation and crisis response, maintain the overall brand activation calendar, source and manage agency partners, and establish scalable processes for brand usage approvals and guidelines globally.
