Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and manage the execution of Channel Programs and KPIs to drive growth in partner activation (breadth), share of wallet, and repeat business (penetration) across HPE Block and other Data Storage segments
  • Maintain regular alignment with GEO Channel-facing teams to gather feedback, identify shared challenges, and adjust the global Channel Activation plan as needed to ensure optimal execution and partner engagement
  • Accountable for channel activation planning strategy and sales target achievement on a specific set of Storage offerings through sales execution on the company’s indirect business
  • Oversee local GEO execution of the global channel strategy
  • Collaborate closely with peers in the Channel Data Services WW team to align efforts and collectively achieve the full indirect business targets
  • Coordinate a team that provides Channel Plan execution, Sales Programs management, Market Analysis - Forecasting & Reporting - Business Control through Education, Communication, and Sales Support
  • Lead interlocks and facilitate communication between the global channel organization and global business unit (GBU), global go-to-market (WW GTM), enablement and global marketing
  • Provide guidance on process improvements and recommend changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility
  • Coordinate with other global channel segments: Distribution, Solution Providers, System Integrators, Service Providers, Compute Channel, and Hybrid Solutions Channel
  • Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies
  • Direct and control channel sales management activities on a global scale
