Responsibilities
Act as the strategic link with the region to align each brand's strategy
Adapt the regional strategy to local markets
Conduct market analysis and field work, understanding user and customer needs, mapping competition, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective plans
Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve organizational objectives
Build a forecast aligned with market trends and growth plans
Provide strategic direction to the sales team to maximize profitability and maintain competitiveness
Define portfolio by channel and competitive price point
Effectively manage marketing and promotion activities
Lead the development of artwork and POP materials to generate impact at the FMOT
Coordinate with Trade Marketing all promotions for the sales team
