Requirements

Proficiency in Power BI and other business intelligence tools is essential. Familiarity with insurance verification, prior authorization, claims submission, adjudication, self-pay, co-pay, payor plans, and CPT codes is also required.

Responsibilities

The Billing Strategy Lead will monitor and analyze operational data metrics, collaborating with the payment posting team, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure optimal performance. They will support management projects focused on revenue cycle operations, billing workflows, automation opportunities, and process optimization. Responsibilities include participating in meetings to assess issues and implement improvements, supporting project management for timely completion, monitoring adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards, analyzing end-to-end billing workflows for inefficiencies, evaluating various billing components for accuracy and efficiency, coordinating with multiple teams for process improvement, developing roadmaps for workflow enhancements, performing audits to identify issues and create remediation plans, providing financial and business analytics, evaluating KPIs and recommending business plan updates, and conducting complex data analysis and interpretation.
