Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5+ years of experience in billing operations or order-to-cash functions, with hands-on experience in Zuora and Salesforce, including their integration points. Experience delivering SOPs or process documentation, strong analytical skills for data manipulation, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently are required. Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment are also necessary. Desired qualifications include experience in the SaaS/technology industry, knowledge of SOX controls, and experience with automation tools or revenue recognition systems.

Responsibilities

The Billing Operations Manager will develop and deliver end-user training for billing systems, tools, and processes, and create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process documentation. This role involves serving as a liaison between Billing operations and cross-functional project teams, identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline manual processes, and supporting SOX-compliant month-end reconciliations. The manager will also coordinate across time zones with global colleagues to ensure support coverage.
