Requirements

Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in a clinical or operational role supporting patient care, with proficiency in both English and Spanish. Strong communication skills, including exceptional people skills and the ability to clearly communicate across stakeholders, are required. Candidates must demonstrate detail-oriented focus on processes, strong data and analytics skills, and the ability to document workflows and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

The Bilingual (Spanish) Clinical Services Coordinator will be responsible for all patient communication, including outreach, engagement, data entry, scheduling, appointment coordination, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up. They will schedule virtual visits and outpatient procedures, discover and recommend improvements in patient communication, provide technical support to patients, compile and verify data for reporting, identify and correct data deficiencies, and document customer and account data. Furthermore, the coordinator will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation, execute policies to promote the best patient experience, and support new technology.
