Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree required
  • Minimum two years of experience at a global financial institution (new graduates with strong core competencies will be considered)
  • Working knowledge of various exchange operations and regulations, product offerings and specifications, execution platforms and rules, and margin methodologies
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
  • Strong product knowledge: Equities, Options, Futures, Options on Future, FX, and Fixed income
  • Self-starter: Analytical and critical-thinking mindset
  • Stress Management: Ability to handle stress and work independently and autonomously in a quick and spontaneous environment
  • Communication: Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Resolve routine and complex client service issues thoroughly and expeditiously
  • Provide support for trade and margin analysis
  • Assist with trading platform operation and features
  • Analyze and test existing systems and procedures, recommending and assisting with enhancements
  • Perform margin calculations (commission structure, interest and fees)
  • Collaborate with other Client Service, Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance teams on common issues
  • Contribute to developing Client Service systems, policies, and procedures
