Requirements

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in French or German
  • At least one year of experience in a contact centre or technical support environment, or a minimum of two years of related customer support experience
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, research answers, and escalate cases when appropriate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact optimistically, clearly, and successfully with internal and external clients
  • Critical thinker who can proactively assess client needs and provide effective solutions
  • Reliable self-starter with strong multitasking abilities and excellent attendance
  • Diligent attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation, record keeping, and data security

  • Availability for on-site, full-time shift from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Dublin office, with immediate start

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of Procore’s business model, system, and technologies to educate customers and optimize their use of Procore’s software products and integrations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, research, and find answers to customer questions using established resources
  • Partner with Procore SMEs and other departments to resolve complex customer problems and manage cases to resolution
  • Manage customer cases through a queue of telephone, chat, and email inquiries to deliver exceptional customer experiences and enable customers to achieve their goals
  • Deliver one-call resolutions to save customers time and resources
  • Adhere to key performance metrics, including schedule adherence, productivity, customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution, and attendance
  • Demonstrate consistent attention to detail, accurate documentation, record keeping, and data security
  • Build and maintain warm working relationships with clients and colleagues
