Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in contact or call centre
  • Fully written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish, to communicate with users and partners across Canada
  • Based in Ontario
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets, with a strong focus on delivering great customer outcomes
  • Open to feedback and coaching, and see them as opportunities to learn, grow, and deliver even better experiences for customers
  • Previous experience working with CRMs Zendesk & Salesforce will be a plus
  • Team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts with users and partners
  • Likes being part of a fast-paced dynamic environment and engaging with customers and business partners
  • Detail-oriented and stays focused even when handling repetitive tasks
  • Passion for social and environmental impact, with sustainability as a great passion shining through in professional and personal experiences
  • Previous experience working in a marketplace or the Food Industry will be a plus
  • Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, with punctuality and adherence to assigned shifts

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for customers and partners, ensuring outstanding customer/partner support by answering inquiries through email, chat, and phone
  • Answer all questions through SSMM tools (such as Facebook, App Store, Play Store, and Trustpilot)
  • Handle priority situations (urgent cases) and contact stores proactively when necessary
  • Execute processes to encourage, inspire, and empower partners and consumers towards more sustainable behaviour
  • Follow a predefined schedule to ensure consistent coverage across support channels
  • Embody the philosophy and tone of the brand as the best ambassador
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to spot challenges early and enhance efficiency
