Requirements

Candidates must possess a Resident State Pharmacy Technician License or National Pharmacy Technician Certification, and the ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently, demonstrated through language proficiency testing as outlined by Humana. Applicants will be required to pass the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test. Applicants should have applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service, or call center processes and practices, as well as high-speed internet and phone access (minimum 20Mbps) and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

The Bilingual Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician will educate members on alternative medications and cost savings opportunities, handle inbound and outbound calls, drive health awareness through Rx Education, and work remotely in a call center capacity. They will also communicate with members regarding prescription savings and potentially travel to Humana offices for training or meetings as needed, while maintaining flexibility to work any hours between 8:00am-7:00pm EST and holidays/weekends and overtime.
