Responsibilities

  • Work as a flexible (trainee) guide in the flexpool across various locations in Zaanstreek/Waterland/Kennemerland
  • Support clients with disabilities in daily activities
  • Assist with building and maintaining social contacts
  • Provide personal care, always together with a colleague
  • Create a loving and safe living environment
  • Make connections, share happy moments, and life lessons with clients
  • Offer availability for shifts (days, evenings, more days per week), with more hours possible based on flexibility, especially during school holidays
  • Participate in internal training and courses for specific locations
