Responsibilities

Work as a flexible (trainee) guide in the flexpool across various locations in Zaanstreek/Waterland/Kennemerland
Support clients with disabilities in daily activities
Assist with building and maintaining social contacts
Provide personal care, always together with a colleague
Create a loving and safe living environment
Make connections, share happy moments, and life lessons with clients
Offer availability for shifts (days, evenings, more days per week), with more hours possible based on flexibility, especially during school holidays
Participate in internal training and courses for specific locations
