Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required, along with familiarity with RFP processes and best practices. The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently is also necessary.
The Bidding Specialist will analyze tender documents and client requirements to prepare accurate and compelling proposals for prospective clients in the software sector. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, preparing and presenting technical solutions that align with client expectations, and maintaining a library of bidding resources and templates. The specialist will ensure adherence to deadlines and compliance with all proposal requirements, while also building and maintaining relationships with internal teams to facilitate effective communication throughout the bidding process.
