Responsibilities

Aufbau und Dokumentation von Expertenwissen sowie Entwicklung von Sicherheitskonzepten
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Maschinenparks inkl. Upgrades, Roadmaps und Performance-Verbesserungen
Projektleitung und Mitarbeit in technischen Projekten, inkl. Savings-Kalkulationen und Capital Engineering
Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Produktion, Instandhaltung, Qualität, Planung und weiteren Schnittstellen
Anwendung ingenieurmäßiger Methoden (z. B. FMEA, DOE, Kaizen, DMAIC, CI Roadmap, Minitab) zur Prozess- und Anlagenoptimierung
