The Benefits Associate will respond to employee and client queries regarding benefits via Zendesk and email, providing clear and empathetic support on topics such as plan details, enrollment, claims, and billing. Responsibilities include escalating complex issues, accurately handling benefits data, supporting enrollment and changes, assisting with invoice audits, and maintaining invoice tracking datasets. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally with various teams, supporting audits and data quality reviews, tracking and escalating exceptions, maintaining internal documentation, and suggesting improvements to FAQs and support articles.
