Requirements

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, Total Rewards, or related HR roles. Responsibilities

The administrator must ensure data handling complies with local and international regulations, such as GDPR, and assist with audits of benefits data for accuracy and compliance.
