Licensed Cosmetology/Esthetician license (current and active, displayed during all working hours as mandated by the state)

Responsibilities

Seek out customers to provide a world-class beauty advisor experience
Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, including productive upselling and suggestive selling
Engage customers with CVS services, Beauty Club programs, in-store events, and promotions to close sales
Represent CVS and partner brands, upholding highest standards of service
Perform ear-piercing services and all other applicable paid beauty services
Educate customers by demonstrating proper product usage, features, and benefits to drive purchases
Manage time effectively between consultations, scheduled services, and walk-in clients
Create and maintain product displays, promotional materials, and a clean, well-stocked, well-merchandised area compliant with hygiene and sanitation standards
Participate in and represent CVS at sales programs and events
Ensure compliance with CVS sanitation, hazardous waste disposal policies, and complete ongoing training in sales, brand, and service execution
Maintain a beautiful and clean assigned zone for positive shopping and service experience
