Responsibilities

Design, define, and maintain BAML specifications that power new and existing product features
Own the structure, quality, and maintainability of BAML workflows across engineering teams
Build reusable BAML patterns and modules to standardize how Vetcove handles LLM interactions
Ensure strong output validation, schema control, and error-handling using BAML’s declarative model
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business logic into BAML workflows
Guide best practices for prompt structure, schema design, testing, and versioning within BAML
Document conventions, patterns, and architectural decisions for long-term maintainability
