Requirements

Candidates must possess 10+ years of professional experience in backend development utilizing Microsoft .NET (C#), along with strong experience in Azure services such as AKS, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database. Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures is required, alongside familiarity with API development and integration, a solid understanding of database design and optimization, and Kubernetes and containerization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with strong communication and collaboration abilities, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Backend Engineer at Peloton, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining backend services, supporting mobile applications, and contributing to the overall architecture of the platform. You will also be expected to bring ideas to the table, challenge the status quo, simplify and optimize existing systems, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing, while monitoring and logging applications using tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
