Responsibilities

The Backend Developer will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the stability and performance of WeChat’s backend services, including massive data storage and message queue systems, while supporting the business group with distributed storage frameworks. They will participate in the design and optimization of WeChat’s distributed storage solutions, addressing scalability and high availability challenges, ensuring low latency and high reliability, and performing root cause analysis for system faults. Additionally, they will focus on the architecture and optimization of backend storage services, ensuring seamless integration of storage engines and managing key performance metrics.
