The B2C Account Executive will own and optimize the full sales lifecycle from lead engagement through deal closure, utilizing judgment and customer insights to tailor messaging and product positioning. They will develop and test strategic approaches to improve close rates and average order value, track and analyze conversion data to uncover bottlenecks and recommend process improvements, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales tools and CRM workflows. Additionally, the role involves managing a consultative inbound and outbound sales process, educating prospective customers about solutions, and staying current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
