Responsibilities

バリスタの育成に積極的に関わる
カフェリーダーと協力した販促計画の立案及び実行
カフェで起こった問題、クレームに対応し報告
カフェで提供される商品全てについて知識を持ち、その提供クオリティに責任を持つ
美しい環境でスムーズに運営できるよう、クリンネスを行いチームをサポート
社内リソースを用いて、カフェの運営や環境に関する課題改善をチームリーダーと共に実行
発注やシフト作成・人材育成を含む、カフェ運営の一部業務を行う
自分自身の育成および開発プランの作成
カフェリーダー（店長）と協力し、ホスピタリティカルチャーのリード、チームの構築、サステナブルなビジネスの推進
店舗運営をリードし全ての基準を設定し、常によくなるような提案を元にBLUE BOTTLE COFFEEのビジョンを推進
バリスタのロールモデルとして美味しいコーヒーの提供
