Responsibilities

Provides executive and financial leadership to CenterWell Primary Care Organization
Reports directly to CenterWell Chief Financial Officer, with dotted lines to Primary Care business leadership
Facilitates strategic decision-making by senior management through financial analysis and KPIs for organic initiatives, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments
Maintains external focus on competitive landscape and market benchmarks
Leads all aspects of Primary Care financial reporting, projections, monthly/quarterly/annual packages, and discussions with senior management
Develops operational and capital budgets, in-year forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Leads financial discussion and analysis of interplay among integrated health systems
Tracks performance against budgets and produces KPI/balanced scorecard reports with improvement recommendations
Identifies and drives value-added, business-building, productivity, cost-saving initiatives, and leverage areas for profitable growth
