Responsibilities

The AV Field Service Engineer will perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of audio-visual systems, including projectors, displays, video conferencing systems, sound systems, and control panels. They will conduct system diagnostics, perform upgrades, and ensure optimal performance of AV equipment. The engineer will maintain strong client relationships by delivering professional, responsive, and quality service, document service calls, and collaborate with technical support and project management teams to resolve complex issues and improve service processes while adhering to safety and compliance regulations.
