Requirements

Flexible approach to working schedules including early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekends
Hands-on experience operating event production equipment (audio desk, lighting desk, vision mixer, PTZ cameras)
Basic video encoding and editing skills
Experience with video/audio conferencing setup, support, equipment management, software upgrades, commissioning, testing, fault investigation, and vendor coordination
Ability to work with C-level executives, directors, teams, stakeholders, and non-technical clients
Experience managing high-profile, global events and providing full event production support (solo for small events or team for large)
Skills in AV equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, rectification, and escalation
Ability to produce reports, provide feedback on enhancements, manage client expectations, and advise on best practices
Experience with project-based work, solutioning, and client needs assessment

Responsibilities

Provide event, AV, and VC technical support as main point of contact for all events
Deliver hands-on event support on-site or remotely via Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Operate event production equipment and coordinate with teams/stakeholders using ticketing/booking systems
Manage day-to-day housekeeping, maintenance of event spaces, and client/stakeholder pre-production consultations
Escalate operational issues, produce reports, run AV events for corporate communications (including pre-event practices and testing)
Consult on requirements for meetings in rental spaces, manage high-profile global events, ensure equipment operability
Provide video/audio conference setup, handover, support, fault investigation, and vendor coordination
Support project-based work at client sites, meeting client needs as AV expert
Maintain AV meeting rooms, provide setup/support, assist with multimedia broadcasting and emergency requests
Conduct regular preventative room checks, report faults timely, perform proactive maintenance, power down/up (including out-of-hours)
Maintain cleanliness of AV rooms/stores/equipment, assist with team training, advise clients on best practices, provide feedback/service improvements
